  • THINGS TO NOTE

    Kindly ensure you (and your pets) are comfortable with photography flash.

  • How long does a typical photo session last?

    With pets, customers tend to get a higher number of beautiful shots the more time they spend in the studio.

    If you want the luxury of time to get the best shots of your pets, then the 45min premium package ($98) or Hoshi Special Package ($116) is for you. Our next other option is the 30mins basic package ($68).

  • What type of pets do you photograph?

    We've designed our setup to fit dogs and cats ideally but hey, we've done a pet chicken before so if you have some exotic pets you'd like to bring that are not exactly common, do check it out with us so we can give you the assurance you need before you make your booking. No sharks please!

  • WHAT IF MY PET PEES OR POOPS?

    No one is spared from Mother Nature. We have pee pads, wet tissues, tissues and a toilet right beside - all to enhance your shoot experience.

    Of course, it would help to save time too if your pets relieved themselves before the shoot. For the humans, no peeing or pooping on the floor please!

  • What should I do if I need to reschedule?

    Please be advised that we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment date / time. The rescheduling may be done via a link on the confirmation email sent to you when you booked your session.

  • HOW DO I GET THE SOFT COPIES?

    Soft copies will be sent to you via WhatsApp in the form of a Google Drive link for you to download your photos. Link will be sent within 15mins - 30mins after your shoot!

    You will receive ALL soft copies if you opt for either the Premium Package @ $98 or Hoshi Special Package @ $116. The Basic Package @ $68 comes with 5 soft copies and you have the option to top-up $20 for all the soft copies.

  • How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?

    A code should be reflected on your gift certificate. You may enter that voucher code into the 'Promo Code' box when you are booking. Once you receive the confirmation email, it means that your session is booked!
